Our Providers

Dr. Colleen M. Bowles, D.O., was born in Massachusetts and raised in Nebraska. She received her medical degree from the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in California and completed her pediatric medical residency training at the University of Nebraska Medical School and Creighton University. Dr. Bowles has been a practicing board-certified pediatrician for 20 years. As a pediatrician, she specializes in providing comprehensive care for infants, children, and adolescents, addressing their unique physical, developmental, and mental well-being throughout all stages of life.

Dr. Bowles also completed a Master of Healthcare Administration in 2021. Since then, she has served as the medical liaison to Jefferson County schools in Colorado, the clinical medical director of Rocky Vista University’s PA program, and the clinical site director of STRIDE Community Health Care in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. She is now the medical director for Island Pediatrics!

Currently, Dr. Bowles lives in Frederiksted, where she continues to provide medical care to the community's children. In her free time, she enjoys swimming, beautiful scenery, and traveling. She speaks English, Spanish, and a little Italian.
